Our Mission
Welcome friends! We are excited for you to be part of our family here at Kremer Cares. Our mission is to provide your child with an age-appropriate learning curriculum as well as teaching your children through interactive play. Our goal is to provide your child with learning experiences throughout the day in all we do, while providing a safe and emotionally caring environment, all while getting your child prepared for kindergarten.
Blended Teaching Approach
At Kremer Cares, we embrace a combination of teaching styles to support the diverse ways children learn and grow. We meet each child where they are developmentally, providing individualized guidance and encouragement along the way. Our classroom fosters independence, kindness, respect, acceptance, self-confidence, and self-love. These core values are nurtured through intentional modeling, thoughtful observation, and gentle intervention when needed. By creating a supportive and responsive environment, we help children thrive socially, emotionally, and academically.
Teaching Approaches in our Classroom
We believe that children learn best through a variety of engaging and meaningful experiences. Our teaching approaches are thoughtfully blended to support growth in all areas of development—social, emotional, cognitive, and physical.
Play-Based-Learning
Children are naturally curious and imaginative. We foster that creativity by encouraging hands-on, play-based learning. Through play, children organically develop early math concepts, language skills, problem-solving abilities, and social interactions. We intentionally create playful environments that inspire exploration and growth.
Directed Learning- We incorporate structured learning through circle time and small group centers. During centers, we model an activity and invite children to explore it independently. We offer support when needed but also encourage them to use their own critical thinking and creativity. This approach helps build confidence, independence, and a love for learning.
Nature-Inspired Exploration- Outdoor play is an essential part of our day. Children are encouraged to interact with nature in whatever way speaks to them—whether that’s digging in dirt, collecting leaves and bark, or riding bikes. Our goal isn’t to keep children clean, but to give them rich sensory experiences that connect them to the world around them.
Our Philosophy
At Kremer Cares, we believe that a well-rounded early childhood experience includes nurturing the heart, mind, and imagination. Faith, creative expression, and imaginative play are woven into our daily routines in meaningful ways. Through faith-based moments, we help children grow in kindness, gratitude, and compassion. Art and music foster creativity, emotional expression, and fine motor development. Imaginative play allows children to explore ideas, build social skills, and express themselves freely in a safe and encouraging environment. Each of these elements plays a vital role in supporting the whole child and creating a joyful, balanced foundation for lifelong learning.
Always Growing, Always Learning
At Kremer Cares, we believe that learning is a lifelong journey—for both children and educators. Our program is thoughtfully designed with the needs of young children in mind, providing a nurturing, stimulating environment where they can grow, explore, and thrive.
We aim to support each child’s development in a space that feels safe, encouraging, and full of opportunities to discover the world around them.
Faith Based Curriculum
Our curriculum at Kremer Cares is rooted in faith and designed to support well-rounded early learning. Each month, we introduce a new theme that weaves together academic and character-building elements in a fun and meaningful way.
Monthly themes include:
• Focus Letters and Numbers
• Shape Recognition
• Rhyming Words
• A Character Trait
• A Bible Verse for memorization and discussion
This approach allows children to grow spiritually, socially, and intellectually while building a strong foundation for future learning.
